First of all, let us start by defining what coaching is NOT. Although a Life Coach may use similar skills and strategies of other professions, he/she is not a Psychologist, or a Counsellor, nor your Business Consultant or Health Practitioner and they are definitely not your Guru! 😆

Coaching can be done in many ways and a coach's approach mostly depends on their personal experience and school of thought, so it's important that you have an initial discovery chat with your coach, to get a feel for how it will be like to work together and if they are the right life coach for you and your needs.

Our average session is 90 minutes and we typically recommend to start with a course of 5 sessions, usually meeting weekly or every other week. Our initial session dives right into the work, establishing the most efficient pathway for you to achieve the change you seek. Based on your desired goal, we then organise a plan for the following sessions to delve deeper into the work, providing you the tools and strategies to make you stronger and stronger every day as you step into your new life.
